Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
